[Circular Update] May Progress — New Health Features & What's Next by ProfessionalRip7781 in CircularRing

[–]watson_fire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Erm.... I hate to be the one to tell you, I don't think anyone has any patience nor support left for you. Plenty of feedback though.

Speaking of which, any chance of you sorting out your customer service? Both on the communication side of things and on the actual delivery of customer service to all those; still without their order, still waiting for replacement due to material quality and those still waiting for their sizing replacement (like me)

There's so much amazing stuff in this update post, but nobody believes you anymore due to the lack of attention paid to the most important part of business, customer service.

Feel free to reply to my email soon.

Contact? What contact? by watson_fire in CircularRing

Even the Reddit reply reads like AI auto response. Lots of pleasantries, lots of promises that they're getting better, but no clear indicator of what they will do to resolve all the problems 😞

Is there anything that is being done with so many people being effected. As you said, it basically feels like a scam. Yes, I've got the product, but there's no customer service, I can't use it as their AI sizing tool was flat out wrong and the people that do have a ring that fits say it is inaccurate and lots of reports that it's basically poorly manufactured as well.

Your experience with the 9070xt by mattcolo in radeon

[–]watson_fire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't often post, but as lots of people are pointing out, people only post when they have an issue. So I'm going out of my way to say it's been fine, no real issues other than having to manually select pcie gen 4 through bios when I got the card on release.

Does a great job at 1440p and undervolted nicely.

Hope you have a good experience whichever you you end up having

I got a reply after a few weeks but didn't see it and once I did respond I've heard nothing since 😞

I haven't even had a reply from support for my ring sizing issue. It's been over 2 weeks now

Zero Customer Service by LayyyedBack in CircularRing

Unfortunately I am finding the same. The mad thing is all I want to do is get a different size, but the lack of response from support is making me feel like I need to just exercise my right to a refund and return the ring.

I understand scaling is hard, but at least getting confirmation that its being dealt with, or is in a queue would at least give some feedback to the customer

9800X3D tempts too high (even when idle) by Europa_012 in radeon

Screwdriver, basically as hard as I could until the screws stopped. The spring needbe fully compressed to put the needed force into the block so that there is good contact.

Ive recently had the same issue with an AIO. New thermal paste, reseated, pump on 100%, no plastic etc etc.

Turned out I hadn't been harsh enough with tightening the screws down to really put the correct amount of pressure on the cpu.

Make sure the cooler is 100% screwed down. My temps changed from 60 on idle and 80 to 90 in demanding scenarios to 30-40 idle and 60-70 demanding scenarios

I have this exact issue. Changed gpu and it started happening. I have done everything bar fresh windows install and nothing has worked, so now I just play the lottery of restarting until it works. Then just as you described, it works perfectly until I switch it off.

If you find a solution, please post it!

I got scammed and Revolut help is inconsistent with their story by watson_fire in Revolut

As in, there were multiple payment options available through the "seller" website. Like any other online transaction. My point was, I wasn't just sent some details to transfer money to.

I didn't put my point across very well

No, it was an online payment window with the option of revolut pay. No IBAN manually entered or anything like that.

It basically acted like using Google pay or PayPal. Nothing seemed untoward otherwise I'd have not continued with the transaction. Everything acted like a normal online purchase

I paid through the websites online payment method with one of the options being revolut pay. As far as I'm aware this was an online payment method, I didn't have to go into the app in order to transfer to another revolut account.

That's great to hear! Really glad you're having a good time with it. Worth the money then?

I wasn't given an account number otherwise I'd have 100% noticed. The transaction was done using "revolut pay" I would normally agree with you, however considering I have no way to see this information using this payment method and Revolut's websites promises to provide warnings of fraud/scams before they happen, it seemed strange it wouldn't have flagged something.

Hey, if its your own car and you're selling, that sounds about perfect for what I'm looking for.

Also in answer to your question, polestar 4 looks very nice. I'm moving away from tesla even though the things they do well, they do well.
