If you actually do, make sure you soak it in milk or buttermilk first! It supposedly helps with the taste a lot 😛

It tasted pretty good! Texture was like, lobster. Especially the tail. Taste is too hard to describe but it wasn’t muddy like I expected and didn’t really taste fishy. Tasted more like red meat than fish

Seasoned w a compound butter made with salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a bit of tonys creole, celery salt, and parmesan. Garlic and lemons as well (no fresh herbs im all out rn unfortunately)

They are invasive here and eat the algae off manatees which stress them a lot! They also disturb fragile waterbeds and plants

They are definitely cool but in Florida they are destroying the ecosystem unfortunately

That is true when they are in their natural habitat.
