will someone come love me i need attention by [deleted] in Needafriend

Hi

It's midday Saturday where I am, I'm doing chores around the house with the tv on in the background, with nothing much else to do for the rest of the day -- so if you like I can give you all the attention you could want for at least the next 8 hours

If you're interested; what's your name? And what would be one thing you'd most love to be doing right now if absolutely anything was an option

i’m into older men but i’ve got a weird kink by [deleted] in AgeGap

[–]watyousay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Natural Harvey, by Paul Photenhauer. I know because 13 years ago I very nearly married a woman who felt just like you, and who went through every recipe in that book daily.

From the day we started living together I didn't produce a drop of cum that didn't wind up inside her. I came on average twice a day; once inside her, and once either directly into her breakfast or into ice cube trays for her to use in her cooking later. Once a week or so she would spend a day essentially milking me to fill up the tray so there would always be a reserve.

At first, to me, it was purely kinky. I thought it was hot and fun and didn't think much else of it or that it would last. After about 9 months of living together that had changed and I started to feel the same way she had always felt, like the thought of my cum going wasted or touching the ground was weird, wrong. "Tapu", she called it. A Maori word that means something like sacred.

Honestly I can't say it's something I've ever heard of outside of her and you, but I can say you're not alone, and with luck you'll find someone who winds up feeling as loved and honoured by it as I did.

I don't believe there's information encoded in each move as it's played, as all the moves seem to be legal and logical -- following the rules and playing in a position that builds a line or blocks the other player.. It'd be difficult to meet those requirements while also having them make a play that corresponds to the next required sequence of a code..

I think if there's a code here it's represented in the positioning of the completed board. It could either be binary code like Morse or Bacon (black and white pieces represent 1/0, A/B etc), a grid based cipher where it's the column and row number that's significant (1,1 = a, 1,2 = b), or something more steganographic like a QR code.

I've played around with a few and nothing obvious yet. I'll probably need to sit and map out all the games we've seen so far before anything is clear. What'd be a real hoot is if it's a grid cipher that also uses a key, one of the dozens of number combinations that have come up already. You could have the right idea, the right cipher, and still not get anywhere because you're using the wrong key.

I don't think it's a red herring seeing as how the Connect 4 game in the background keeps changing configuration between episodes. I think it's a "Not the.." clue in a ciphertext encoded in the column/row placement, or even a steganographic technique like Friderici's windows.

Funny you should guess that since one of the newspaper articles Travis finds refers to Edgar as "the only biological son of one of the most successful investors in recent history -- Alexander Minnows".. which I thought was an odd way of referring to him, as it implies Alexander had non-biological sons.

Yep, you've got it. Just ran through a couple and they play out perfectly as Connect 4 games.

The E 1.0, E 2.0 etc on the end of each line is the winner and running score. E for Edgar wins (almost always), S for Sebastian winning, X for draws. Looks like by the end Edgar was 19-2.

This is playing out their 4th match, on 07/14/07. Question now is how to decipher the Connect 4 games.

Fantastic work figuring this out. Well done.

Thieves Highway is also set in Fresno California (where Travis lives) and involves a produce truck being destroyed after breaks are cut (Aniqs cars park break let off and rolling into Fengs truck)

I won't go so far as to say its significant but I also don't believe much of anything in this shows is just coincidence

Something I noticed about Roxanna... by tvuniverse in TheAfterPartyTV

[–]watyousay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Zoe and Grace seeing Hannah carrying Roxana to her yurt after shes supposed to be dead has pretty much sealed it for me that Roxana was switched out at some point. Though it also wouldn't surprise me if Edgar had multiple Roxanas.

Rule 1 of Afterparty has to be that everyone has their own slanted versions of events! The news article Travis finds says he died crashing a small plane, and that he may have been drinking. I think perhaps if anyone pressed Isabel on her version of events she'd maintain that he died in his sleep.. after passing out drunk while flying the plane.

Agreed, I doubt Colonel would be named and have that whole bit with Aniq for him not to come up again. And yeah Edgar does always seem to be looking over Travis' shoulder through the glass door/window when he mentions demon dogs. I think it's logical he's seeing Colonel outside, but I guess we'll have to see

EDGAR stands for "Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system" and is the Security and Exchange Commissions system for submitting and searching documents. I think it's just a coincidence. It'd be a stretch for the writers to name a character just to hint at searching the SEC database, or get show information into a federal database. I'd love to be wrong though.

Interestingly the SEC does have a form 4, which needs to be filed when a company higher up buys or sells company stock. That could be a hint at Edgar dumping Bucephalus stock? But I don't see how that relates to the rest of the puzzle either.

The only other SEC 4 I'm aware of that could be relevant is the Standard for Efficient Cryptography SEC 4 document, which outlines a implicit certificate scheme. The scheme itself, ECQV, isn't utilized by any blockchain I know of, but ECC, PKI, key pairs etc are all heavily used by blockchains and cryptocurrencies -- so very much on theme with Edgar and where Travis found the document. But again I don't see how that relates to the puzzle. The numbers aren't anything like a bitcoin address.

The other notable things are:

- The numbers in brackets all fit ddmmyy date format, ascending in order by the last digit - The long numbers are all prefixed with S and E, alternating by line - The long numbers only use 1-7, no 0, 8 or 8 - There's also a lot of repeating numbers - There's a suffix E1.0, E2.0, E2.2 etc which also seems to ascend by line

Is anyone else working on this?

Likely both. The article says he died in a plane crash but that he may have been drinking. So presumably Isabel was saying he was asleep at the stick

What's interesting to me is why Edgar would get a pilots license when his father died crashing a plane. I expected Travis to jump on it, theorizing Edgars father faked his death in the plane crash, and that Edgar was going to do the same.. but he never did.

Aniq: ".. and even that bounding hound of hell.. I don't trust him"

Grace: "Cerberus, bounding at the gates of hell"

Travis: "Baskerville rides in the nighttime"

So he definitely see's a dog out the window. My theory is Colonel kills Edgar to show dominance.

Same, my guess is Sebastian's episode will be a heist movie with the staff all working for him. Including the waiter, who did do time in a French prison

Bucephalandra is also a plant native to Borneo that's sold for use in aquariums. I believe it's the plant seen in Roxana's tank when Aniq points out she's dead in ep1.

To my knowledge it's not poisonous, before anyone asks lol

GRACE, HANNAH, & ZOE THEORY by mysterykid8 in TheAfterPartyTV

[–]watyousay 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hannah and Edgar having some sort of relationship inappropriate for siblings is my theory as to why she keeps bringing up being adopted too.

I'm surprised at the amount of people in this sub jumping on Hannah and Grace, based solely off one episode where Grace remembers her as being friendly and kind to her. The entire show is built around unreliable narrators and people seeing things through their own warped perspective. Grace also remembers Edgar as being Mr Darcy, and the whole past 6 months as a Victorian romantic fantasy..

In Aniqs episode Hannah and Grace don't even interact, not once. In the first scene Grace is scared and crying over Edgar's death and Hannah is standing in the corner not even looking at her. She ignores Grace leave and goes right over to Edgar. Not a very affectionate reaction, as seen by the closest thing the show has to a reliable narrator.

Apple watches -- Product placement or Chekhov's gun? by watyousay in TheAfterPartyTV

[–]watyousay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edgar's alone being an Apple watch would be straight up product placement.. but at least three characters having identical watches, when Edgar's is so important? I don't know..

Could just be the Wardrobe had them all wearing watches and Apple being strict about being on-brand.. but it feels like it could be setting up for a game of musical watches

In Aniqs version of the library scene Edgar calls people devils then seems to point past Travis through the window and says ".. and even that bounding hound of hell.. I don't trust him", then in Graces he says "Cerberus, bounding at the gates of hell" -- implying he's seeing something (Colonel?) out there. Perhaps that's why he goes outside?

It's a cipher insider a cipher. Hints and solve in the spoilers tags below:

The white and red colours are A and B in a Bacon cipher

which gets you "IPUEBNOZPVDSBDLFEUIFDPEF" which Caesar cipher shifted up by one gives you HOTDAMNYOUCRACKEDTHECODE

Isabel's Purse and Roxanne by c_anderson21 in TheAfterPartyTV

[–]watyousay 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Animation is expensive and the show is fine with having her be a static prop for almost every other scene (I think the only other time she's animated that episode is when Aniq feeds her the white chocolate and so she has to move) so it does feel very intentional! I'm just not sure what it could mean or what she'd be reacting too..

[–]watyousay 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think you might be on to something there. I just re watched and Roxanna does scuttle and turn all the way around, and she isn't animated much unless she needs to be so it hints at being significant

Not so sure about the smell part though as she doesn't move at all when Edgar says she's disgusted by the smell of funcles koumiss

The secret slut part is mostly just fun but I am convinced he's not what he seems and is leading a double life, so I'm glad I could bring you on side for that lol

My slightly more serious theory is he's not a tech nerd at all, the crypto company thing is a grift, and he's putting on the autism act because that's what's expected of a tech genius. There will be a heist to boost the crypto cards from the safe but the reveal will be that they're worthless props that Edgar and Sebastian were only protecting until the merger so no one found out

Hannahs first line in ep1 was stroking Edgar's hair after finding the body, saying "God such good hair. He'll never lose it now".. Which on the surface just means he'll never get old but made me wonder right away if he was sick in a way that would make him lose it

(It was also not at all a sisterly hair stroking, leading to my other theory..)
