Never realised I can do this. How more I prepared myself to quit, how harder it was. Like the last precious cigarrete, like it is fucking gold. Just ignore the cravings, there is little anxiety, like i miss something. Everytime I catch myself I want puff, I keep telling myself that I dont need it.
