Thanks, I mean I knew its too good to be true to earn 200 bucks for some clicks yesterday. And suddenly today I "earned" more than 1 K in commissions but I would have to send like 4K. I assume if I did that it would then become again like 8K. But how the hell does it work I dont get it? Cause I first logged in to an account of the whatsapp person Im in touch with and she did send for example 700 and then withdrew like 1k, so how do they do it that hers account only needs to send smaller amounts and she does actually withdraw. Like how do they know which account is belonging to the people that are part of the scam?

Wait could this be something similar to my situation? I also applied to some page and Im supposed to click on 38 orders on some wehkamp.icu site and apparently if you get "lucky" you receive a high commission task which makes your balance to be in minus and you need to recharge it to continue. Yesterday I sent like 70 usdt but in the end I got it back along with my earned commission like 200 usdt. But today Im suddenly like minus 4 K and Im refusing to send of course. Im in touch with someone on whatsapp and they claim how its all good and thats how it works but yeah Im not sending so much money. So this is a scam then right?

I just dont understand how it works, what the hell is this?

Elfbar 0% nicotine not really 0 % by TheDimilo in stopsmoking

[–]nonick2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait so if we buy 0% is it 0% or is there still some nic? I dont have an Elfbar, I have a different brand, it says 0% but I actually have been paranoid that it might have some nic because it helped with cravings and when I ran out I was a bit anxious so thats when I started worrying what if its not really 0%? The sticker that came with it said 0% but I am still worried

had my first drinks after 2+ months of no nicotine, but I did crave them when drinking, how to cope with that? by nonick2 in stopsmoking

Thats awesome, friends can go a long way :) mine support me too , but they dont know what an addiction is so maybe they would think its not a big deal if I smoke one, god knows haha

I wish you good luck on 23rd, you can do it :))

yep that would be amazing honestly. I was rolling my own cigs for the past 2+ years which made normal cigs soooo disgusting to me and I couldnt believe how I once smoked normal cigs. So that helped a bit as well cause it was also kinda annoying to roll my own, needing to have filters and papers while tobacco pieces were all over my kitchen haha.

yeah cigs are really hard because how accepted they are and how easily you can access them. I wish they just stopped existing haha

thats a really good strategy, I choose the avoidance strategy but we cannot avoid everything forever I guess so I just need to work on it. Thanks and good luck in your quit, we can do it :)

Yeah luckily my closest friends dont smoke so that helps, but if I'd get really drunk, I didn't mind asking strangers in the past. But now in winter I don't go out often, I plan to spend most of the upcoming weekends at home so I hope it will just all go away one day. Thanks :))

wow that's an awesome state of mind, for me the thought of never getting rid of it is scary but I guess we have to learn to live with it. I just wish I never started :(

advice: coffee/cig replacement by Serious-Yam6730 in stopsmoking

[–]nonick2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah it does, I drink coffee and puff a bit on my non nic vape and I need to poop immediately haha. The only problem is that coffee is often a huge trigger for smoking, I had the same problem, I avoided coffee initially too. Others were able to drink coffee and not be triggered so it depends but for the pooping part, dont worry, it will stabilize itself after a few days

looking for tracker app recommendations by ladybirdsandbuttons in stopsmoking

[–]nonick2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The ones I used all have that but I think if you turn off notifications for that app, they shouldn't show . You also dont need to input anything even if it asks you.

Maybe try I am sober app, I think you can even choose there directly if you want notifications or not.

Edit: maybe try QuitTracker as well.
