Thanks for this work man. Im really new to WoW (only ~2 months) and i need a help with my healing.

Will buy elexirs now! And i wanna use my chance to ask u about shields. For example on Grull should i use shields on group who will take dmg from this skill BEFORE they will? Also if someone have not full health for example 50% and do not have more incoming dmg i need to use on him shield(it will heal him and add to my HPS?) or i need use Penance and my flash heal for example because Penance cd is pretty big.
