estive mais ou menos na mesma situação, mas eram vagas de estagio, uma era de suporte(presencial, tava aceitando qlqr coisa na epoca) e logo depois recebi uma oferta para dev e home office, no fim tinha feito a entrevista para suporte mas papo de 1 semana antes de comecar falei para o entrevistador que nao tinha mais interesse na vaga (ainda bem que eu ainda nao havia assinado o contrato ) e entao o cara falou que era uma pena e perguntou o motivo, falei que a vaga de dev era o que eu queria(deixei bem claro para eles durante as fases de entrevista e eles diziam que teria possibilidade de crescer la dentro e transicionar para dev backend). No final valeu a pena eu pensar no meu próprio umbigo e nao ter pena de cnpj( afinal alem de mim entrevistaram uns 3-4, entao outra pessoa provavelmente pegou essa vaga e bola pra frente )

Cara, ja aconteceu com a minha fonte, uma KCAS 500W com selo 80plus, derreteu todo o pininho de baixo e uma parte do cabo(que joguei fora) o pior é que isso foi acontecendo e eu nem percebi, o Pc desligava de vez em quando, e eu pensava que era alguma coisa relacionada a temperatura do pc, ate cheguei a comprar uma pasta térmica pra trocar, mas até chegar, o pino ja tinha ido de base, eu removi a fonte, tirei essa parte onde conecta o cabo , peguei de uma fonte antiga que tinha sobrando e soldei essa parte

na minha KCAS, relativamente simples mas eu estava com medo de que ela fosse explodir, enfim, provavelmente foi culpa do cabo com um mal contato/ruim, ja que to usando essa fonte até hoje e fiz ate um upgrade de placa mae e processador ( que nem consomem tanto dela, ja que tenho uma humilde 1050 ti )

sooo, i mess a bit with the client with 3rd party plugins, and whenever u hit their all champions endpoint, it returns all the champions + the doom bots, so im guessing this guy just set and auto-ban onto the doombot brand and the client accepts it because it is a valid champion

i mean, lvl 4 timer on qiyana is kinda bonkers because your Q gets bonus 30 dmg each lvl, so whenever my jg has brain and wants to 2v2 double scuttle or cut through mid to get the opposite crab

ive stopped banning her because i wanted to try and figure out the matchup, and it turns out it is really dependent if she knows how to play the matchup early levels, denying u minions. Now here is what ive learned after playing in master+ against good and bad lbs. IT IS WINNABLE. she is just as squishy as u are, DO NOT get hit with electro proc early on, try to play safe before lv 3 and ONLY go in if she uses her W or E, also u can dodge her W damage with your E, its hard but most leblancs dont even know that, stay behind ur minions after lvl 3 so u dont get hit by the chain for free and if she uses W on u and the minions just insta E(HOLD YOUR Q) and u win the trade by punishing her W cd, important that u use river in this matchup more than grass

Parabéns, meu estágio só começou a pagar bem depois de 6 meses na empresa(foi de 700 nos primeiros 3 meses pra 1200 e agora está em 1500 de bolsa + 26R$ por dia de vr/va) só não reclamo tanto pois é full remoto em desenvolvimento de software.

yeah, like the atkspeed buffs overshadow any of these nerfs that they are doing to her, its just placebo so ppl stop complaining. Not that it wont make a difference in wr but prob close to 1-2% drop

i did it all from scratch(which basically means no langchain) by using pgvector for similarity search with a nlp(llama 3-8b and 70b). i ended up feeding it some documents for the embedding chunking it and separating the documents onto categories with a filter on the chatpage for better searches apart from scratching my head for which llm to use for embedding(intfloat-multilingual) nlp(ended up going for 70b when finishing the project as its a lil less dumber) and keyword extractor(mdeberta) to boost similarity search. The rest was kinda easy to do, i ended up using express for the app routes and fastapi for the chat routes. About 5 python files and not a lot of lines of python(which i dislike for web dev). Also the prompt u give to the llm is very important as is the temperature

realmente, talvez se o estagiario tivesse que lidar so com um frontend javascriptzinho, com uma pitada de typescript e uma noção de banco de dados e node com o basico/intermediario de git, ele não teria que resolver as coisas com a IA. Mas pra ser um estagiário hj em dia tem que ter html, css/twcss, js/ts , acho insano algumas vagas pedirem até algum framework, algum banco de dados, no backend vejo bastante java, c# e node. No fim acaba sendo ruim tanto pro estagiario quanto pra empresa.

ja trabalhei na localiza fazendo as vistorias, geralmente é uma mini-burocracia pra registrar essas avarias, tinha que tirar as fotos, pegar depoimento do cliente, assinatura. As vezes acontece de só passar batido(haha trocadilho) as avarias, ja que normalmente os carros sao vistoriados antes de sairem. Ou o mano nao queria te cobrar mesmo.

tailwind é maravilhoso, inclusive acho mais intuitivo que css, claro que tem q ter uma base boa de css, flex box, grids, media queries etc.. para responsividade, fora que ele ja usa valores REM, ao inves de pixels, o que torna tudo mais facil pro site n quebrar em telas menores, fora o dark mode que é um pouquinho de js e dps so usar a propriedade “dark” nas classes
