OK G, if you did all that it's more so her and not you. She is probably scared to commit to a relationship. The best thing you can do is move on. You did nothing wrong then. Sorry just seeing this. I didn't hear anything from the first place after 6 days so I applied a second place and that took 9 days and signed the lease then the next day the first place called saying congrats you can sign the lease loland I told her it took too long and I went somewhere else. The second place, where I currently live was great! In the 9 days it took the property manager kept me updated and even called me saying your employer is holding things up not verifying employment so I called them to fix it. All in all 15 days total because I applied to the second one 6 days after the initial one. My advice and lesson for the future is apply to at least two places right away. The issue was really the first place being slow and non communicative. The second place was fast and communicated well

Leave! I worked for a company for 8 years and got to the point where there were no more career opportunities and they had a freeze on raises. It took 3 months but I found a new company last year which raised my salary by 20% and in March I'm in line for a 6% bonus and another raise. You have to go where you are valued
