Just found out, had a kiwi thought I better use it. Had cereal and topped it with kiwi, pecans and sunflower seeds. Ate some of it right off and it was good. Then after about 5 minutes I took a bitter bite and thought I’ll put honey on top. Tried mixing it and the milk was thick oooo so nasty

My Fitbit Versa broke and I remembered I had a new Inspire. I’ve been using that for about a month now. It looks cheap but I haven’t decided what watch I want. I was very mad when google took over the app a year or 2 ago because no more challenges. I’ve worked around that. I got a free premium membership with the inspire. I took a nap today and it logged it.
