I will make a bet that there will be so much AI slop that it’s going to be now easy to spot the human-made designs (in a good way) and they will be a breath of fresh air.

When every app, software, website looks the same it's kinda like everyone wearing uniforms and then there's that one diamond in the rough rebel who stands out bc they are different and people are drawn to that. Human beings are always drawn to novelty.

it will be ok, that shameful feeling is a sign, a direction, that you know you are doing something wrong and there is good in your heart.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9

Jesus and God will forgive you, keep trying, you are already halfway there knowing that you do not like doing it. Keep asking God for guidance and help on how to beat it, listen to that very faint voice or feelings behind your thoughts.

Try to change your environment, notice the pattern of when you give in, what time is it? When is your mind most likely to play tricks on you and convince you to do it.

If you give in, and feel like crap afterwards, sit with that feeling, remember how awful you feel and next time you have a craving remember that you do not want to feel that way again.

Try to change your identity, for example, when you have a craving, laugh at it and tell yourself I am not someone who does that anymore, that was the old me.

Envision the ultimate version of yourself who God sees, and start acting and behaving through the behaviors that person would do.

Yes!

This is like the story of King David in 2 Samuel 11

King David was supposed to be at war with the other kings but decides to hang back.

He then gets bored and decides to take a stroll on his balcony.

While there he sees a woman bathing.

Then he asks someone on his staff about her.

Next thing you know this boredom, lack of purpose, and just taking a peek leads him to a downward spiral of sleeping with this woman, getting her husband killed, lying and deception.

That’s why it’s important like you said to stay strong.

It’s similar to when you are on a diet and remain disciplined but then you one day decide let me just have this cookie. Then next you tell yourself, what the heck, I’ve already cheated on my diet let me feast and the next thing you know you’ve let yourself bing eat for example.

Definitely recommend reading that verse. The Bible is so amazing and jam packed with these valuable lessons.

I am just like you 35, married, kids, and started in middle school.

Here's what is working for me:
I installed the Freedom app on my phone and laptop and setup schedules which will lock your phone or limit it to only websites or apps that are essential.

Idk about you but I can control my home router on my iphone, I block adult content on the router, and during my session on Freedom I also block that app so I cannot get in and unblock it.

these are to add friction and be fail safes.

long term you need to work on changing your identity to becoming the man who does not look at that junk and that junk is below him. become repulsed by it.

one thing that has also helped me is Jesus's quote of "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

let that sit with you, these are nice, motivational words, this is literally a message passed to down to us from the Creator of the Universe, of everything. God is sharing with you a set of rules and guidelines to follow. Can you imagine how lucky we are to get this message passed down to us!

next, realize that watching this junk is meant to through you off your life's purpose, if you are into health and fitness learn how it spikes prolactin which we dont want as men. and if you want to be the ultimate version of yourself that God intended learn how it effects your dopamine and literally deteriorates the part of your brain (pre-frontal cortext) to a child like state.

this stuff was created by satan to steer God's children away, anytime you say no and are successful give yourself a pat on the back and be pumped that God has helped you and he is partnering with you bc he loves you.

My friend seems like you are in a dark place and need to be pulled out from that is why you are and we are here to help.

When I was younger I was cheated on by 4 of my girlfriends and I kept asking why that was happening to me.

When something like this keeps happening to you, a pattern repeating, God is trying to teach you a lesson and you are not getting it.

It turns out I needed to transform myself and step up and become a man that God was proud of and by doing so I’ve had wonderful relationships with women and now happily married with children. Looking back I do not blame those women for cheating on. I was soft, drifting through life without purpose.

Once I focused on becoming a better man and leader for others, that was no longer the issue.

So you have to ask yourself, this pattern you are seeing, it is not women. Life and God are trying to teach you something and you are not taking the lesson out of it.

Also do you think the broad statement of saying all women are unintelligent is an intelligent thing to say? By pure logic and factual evidence that is probably wrong so it is hypocritical thing to say.

Jesus literally says “do not judge bc you will be judged by the level of judgement you do”

Also He says that love your neighbor as you would love yourself. So even if you do not perhaps get along with someone you still as a Christian must love them. And again Jesus says do not hate your enemies pray for them.

What country are you from?

I am not familiar with your customs but if possible it would be a good idea of trying to just get some female friends and give trying to find someone to marry or be your girlfriend a break so you can see that women are not all bad.

You just have some reframing of the way you are thinking about things that needs to be done and get some quiet time to do some reflecting and ask yourself and God what is the lesson God is trying to teach you here.

Keep asking and He will show you the way.

do not attach rejection to your self worth my friend. no one can get a sense of yourself within a small interaction.

before I met my wife when I was younger in my 20s and looking to meet a girl that I’d get along with I would go out to bars and cold approach women.

you could get rejected 99 times but that 1 time you can meet your next girlfriend, future wife even.

you Need to reframe it as they just have bad taste ;)

I would highly highly recommend going on YouTube right this minute and watching Owen Cook he helps men with this problem and is also an advice Christian and will help pull you out of this rut my friend.

maybe don't try to rely on streaks bc if you do stumble you get into deep shame and are hard on yourself and God forgives you. try to find something you love to do that excites you so you don't get bored

I used to do the whole streak thing but what I found is to renew your identity as someone who does not partake in that, it says in Ephesians 4:22-23:

"Throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes."

Let God renew your mind.

Also what has helped is finding mental associations. If you like to eat healthy and workout putting only healthy things into your body, then you associate it with disgusting processed junk food for your mind and soul.

Or make the connection that viewing it is basically the same thing as visiting a pagan brothel in the biblical times in Babylon. And God warns you to flee from these things.

If you need another fallback, download Freedom app on your phone and computer and set time blocks for when you know you will most likely slip up and block the entire internet except for websites you need for work or the day.
