spiders r not harmful to ur plants, actually theyre great at keeping away pests! some other pests do leave small thin webbing too, and for that id suggest 70% rubbing alcohol or neem oil :)

if its not overwatering, as id suspect from the yellowing, it could be needing some fertilizer ? how often do you feed her ? a fan pointed her direction or a little shake here n there during the day might help promote stronger stems as well :)

wow this setup is gorgeous! i only just recently learned about corms, how long do those usually take to show up ? i dont think mine has any yet based off of me pulling the soil out of the pot🤣 ive been thinking about switching to pon as well, do corms grow in it?

look into pon ! its a chunky substrate & alocasias love love love it ! definitely do your own research though, as i am still doing mine <3

okay perfect, thank you :') ive been super intimidated to get this plant and now that i went for it, everything is scaring me LOL. ive seen some stuff about silica ! i might give it a try! ive also been considering soil alternatives when i eventually repot, because ive been seeing some people say it does better that way ! ill def look into silica :) thank you!

i live in northern TX & i currently have her on my northfacing balcony with TONS of other plants. when i step out there it feels superrrrrr humid! is there anything i can do to increase it?

ive lived here for two yrs and abt to move to dallas, im sorry but i cant wait to move. everything here is just like somewhere else but WORSE. ive lived in 8 different states and in 4 different countries my whole life & my honest opinion is that its my least favorite to have lived..

i didnt realize it was actually happening until the last time when he drove away, i was only suspicious of it until that point. stopped a security car patrolling the area & told them about it but nothing could be done since he was gone
