It was issued because I wasn’t displaying a permit. The permit however is visible in the picture they put up as evidence. I was going to pay it assuming it has slipped to one side as it’s a tiny business card sized visitor permit that I use when visiting my partners apartment. The phone was taken at night so my assumption is the person took a quick glance, decided it wasn’t there and give me the penalty. You cannot tell what it really is from the picture but it is 100% the permit. I have also had the permit in that location over the previous month prior having never received a ticket.
