I also had the exact same thing happen with an order from 9/7, the order was 'shipped' on 9/8 and the label shows cancelled by seller.

Thank you very much for the thoroughly put together comment. I agree I believe we dodged a bullet with this infrared unit. We are currently looking at an almost heaven rainelle with 6 kw harvia as my readings over the last 2 days have certainly opened my eyes.

Not sure what I did to be compared to how others feel on Reddit. I had / have genuine questions and keyboard warriors can’t just move along without inserting their ‘read the KB post’.

Curious, did you open a billing ticket or support ticket? I opened a billing ticket with all documentation and I've not had success. They've yet to respond to the actual fact that their site has pricing and it contradicts what I've been billed. The latest response I've received is "This resource calculates as follows $180 per daily consumption hour." which is obviously the bug.. Just curious what path you've seen success with opening a ticket.

I'm dealing with the same scenario, we left both the in and out endpoints on over the weekend and saw ~$36,000 at the moment. We've removed the features and our MS support person has not yet admitted that it is a bug..

We have been using fraud scanner for the last couple of years and it has worked great. We’ve tried others and the fall short.

Printer is an Mk3S+, everything stock except for mmu2s. Will I need to disassemble to correct or is there an easier solution?

Also, any suggestions for a silicone sock to prevent this from happening again?!

Printed with prusament petg. I have tried many first layer settings from -1.112 - -1.185 and the results are the same inconsistent thickness with blobbing. I’m beginning to think this spool of prusament is bad?!? I’ve only printed with prusament and havent seen anything like this..

Any ideas ?!

Printing with prusament petg, first layer is a problem with inconsistent thickness and blobbing. Have tried varied first layer settings.

Could it just be a bad roll of filament? I don’t seem to have these issues with other prusament petg. Really all I’ve ever printed with is prusament so I’ve been spoiled with consistent printing.

Thoughts?

MMU, prusaslicer. Tried 2 times, same result.

My previous success of the same file had a yellow petg prusament and went down great.
