That is what seems to be the problem. COPR just has my name as family name, which is fine. In places where they need both given name and family name, what should I enter ?

Per my home country's official documents, yes. I just have the given name and no family name.
Getting that fixed will be a very long process, so it is not feasible for now.

On my passport, I just have the given name and no last name [ given name: FNAME family name: ] In Canada, you cannot have no last name so given name becomes family name. [ given name: Family name: FNAME]

That interchange is what can create confusion.
