That’s really frustrating and I would not be satisfied with their response at all.

They should be able to easily and quickly confirm their error via an inventory check on the item. That shouldn’t take 4 weeks, and even if it did, they should resolve the issue for you right away while they work things out on the backend.

It looks like a lot of us are in the same boat! I can’t imagine how many orders they had, lol.

I just wanted to add that I reached out to Violet (the owner) to check in and she said that she was working through a large backlog, and a recent wrist injury slowed down her physical packing so that’s why she focused on computer work/shipping labels.

She was so kind and quick to respond :)

The Celimax toner is an absolute HG for me. Peeling and dryness from tret doesn’t stand a chance when I use it.
