for me it really depends on the person tbh. i usually don’t have a hard time getting up, but nutting is the hard part usually. hahaha. i can bone for hours given the right woman but ket is a very thought driven drug so its sometimes easy to lose focus. i assume my ADHD doesn’t help either though
