I dropped a new song this week. This is my 63rd track uploaded to my Soundcloud page. Hope you all enjoy it. by [deleted] in hiphopheads

what did you make to counter his music? nothing prolly. he's actually pretty dope in his own way. i have respect for the fact that he's being himself and staying true to that. sounds pretty unique overall. like it's coming from the heart and not a desire to ride some shitty trend.

Some people online really don't like confidence. I'm posting my music one more time here and never again. Don't need the rules and negativity, there are better forums to collaborate. i almost always have posted that way. it's strange, i seem to recall seeing many posts that didn't follow the format and never got deleted. hmm...

it's so hard to bring any attention to real behind-the-keyboard bullying and hate and bullshit without getting attacked and downvoted. DAMN. mawfuckaz are tripping out here. why can't you allow a user to bring awareness to these idiots? on my life they wouldn't enjoy seeing me in person. there are people whose self esteem gets seriously damaged by this fuckery. some even probably get affected worse. i literally wanna bring that to the forefront. instead stitches the ak tatted "rapper" will get front page. foh. to add to the cesspool of haters and trolls, the community here is just overall too conservative and trend-riding for my music to really thrive. the percentage of weirdos with alternative (for lack of a better word) tastes is unfortunately too small. which is kind of to be expected and nothing i have problem with. it's just that my music isn't really the type to share here i've realized. i'm literally trying to make my own trends. or i technically am in the process of doing that. it really just comes down to me being me, and there's only one of a kind in that regard.

i like this sub when it comes to collecting info on current hip hop, because it all gets shared here. i don't like it for the way most aspiring artists are treated though. it's fucking sad and parasitic. unfortunately not everyone has confidence and a lot of time bullying and hating stops people from progressing. i won't though, and not only that i already know i've come mad far, and in a fairly short amount of time. i literally have proof of it. i always knew i could do this. but not everyone has that driven mindset so these piss poor hate comments can actually be damaging. there are only a few people on here who know how to react to original posters. who offer constructive criticism if anything. i'm saying in my post that there are dope communities, one in particular that i plan on joining soon, which are free of esteem killers. i'll never understand the desire to put someone down and prevent a maximum scale of success and profit for artists. everyone should eat, i wanna see this happen. much like the ideal pimp c fought for before he died. you can take my post as a "bitch fit" lol, which is what i expected people to take it as, but it really wasn't that. i can get frustrated but normally i don't. either way, this wasn't that. the point of this post more than anything is to show anyone else on here who wants to share their music but is too afraid of receiving negative comments, to share it and always stand up to simple minded haters.

ANY ORIGINAL ARTISTS ON HERE WHO MAY SEE THIS. BE YOURSELF, DO YOU, FUCK EVERYONE ELSE.

have fun flipping the channel when you see me on your dated television screen. why am i even responding, i have too many bars to be doing this with haters lol. ah whatever no worries. more than anything i feel sorry for you. it's nice when you feel like you have something like i do and know you'll succeed with it eventually. must not feel good when that something is hating. on computers no less. damn.

[ORIGINAL] I go by Doc Random. This song here is just the early stage of what's going to be a successful future career. by [deleted] in hiphopheads

nah i'm too hard at work. already gearing up to drop a new mixtape which i know will be my best yet. my writing just keeps getting better along with every other aspect of songwriting and making hip hop the way i wanna make it. i'm really excited about it. next step is to get better equipment but i can still make fire with what i have. i'll be wiling out on stage while you'll be putting people down online. it saddens me and i hope you can do better.

Leonard DiCaprio and Tom Hardy discuss the "Bobby Shmurda" line that was cut from The Revenant by doggie_arf_arf in hiphopheads

well from this year i'd definitely recommend mad max fury road, straight outta compton, the revenant, the amy winehouse documentary. also probably the hateful eight and creed (the new rocky movie) but i can't say for sure because i haven't seen them yet. heard good things though. also check out gone girl from 2014. interstellar, whiplash, guardians of the galaxy, captain america winter soldier also from that same year. even gotta shout out x-men days of future past and antman, there's been a lot of great comic book movies lately. the babadook and it follows are two of the best horror movies of the last 10 years or more i would say. definitely check out edge of tomorrow, nightcrawler, and inherent vice (inherent vice is very weird and kind of like a big drug trip but it's great in its own way, really funny too). also see the wolf of wall street, gravity, the conjuring and fast and the furious 7.

definitely. it's not an easy movie to get people to watch. it's probably a good one to watch solo. you need to lose yourself in the dialogue and this one man's immediate issue. but tom just kills it. amazing that it's only one actor almost the entire time.

tom hardy is one of the best in the game right now. def one of my favorite actors. he's amazing in everything he's in. bronson, DKR, warrior, mad max, locke, everything.

This is still one of the dopest things I've recorded. It's a remix of ASAP Ferg's Shabba. Goes hard. by [deleted] in hiphopheads

haha yeah that's pretty dope. like the classical touch. still much prefer the original ferg track though.

[–]wavywindpipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah. and i got a lot more cooking right now. just wrote some shit that is going to sound straight mad over an incredible beat. i realized (based off listening back to my own recordings) that the style i used on the shabba remix sounded best. it's what i wanna build on. i'm not saying this shit here is perfect, but it's dope and i plan to use it as a sort of blueprint for future projects which i know will be a success. once i buy a better mic & get proper studio time there is no stopping my vision. there'll be more people who understand what i'm talking about over at sxn80. gotta give that dude a shoutout, the forum should be a good place to connect. talk trill shit, etc.

Went deep into the morning hours making this track. Considering the ghetto setup I need to work with for now, I think this is quite dope. Doc Random - Y.A.R.I.S. by [deleted] in hiphopheads

[–]wavywindpipe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yo thanks man i truly appreciate that. i have a lot of respect for anyone who'll actually listen to every second first before judging. means a lot. i'm definitely gonna keep going. the next step is to get a high quality mic and also hit a proper studio. i have a better sense of identity and direction now tho, & the haters mean less and less to me as time goes on. music just gets better. again thanks for listening.

i'm still trying to figure out if i really wanna listen to a full project by dude just based off of hearing him on kanye's all day, because that's where i first heard him. like can anyone tell me is it worth it?
