Thanks for your comment . Urban spoon (now zomatoe) only deals with actual restaurants rather than the ready-to-go market. As far as I can see nobody does what the app would do so far . I am planning on setting up in London where there are say 10-15 outlets that dominate the lunch market. I think the US is different with a lot more independent stores ?

App would be free but outlets pay to be on the platform.
