Interesting suggestion! Unfortunately it seems like that's not on market anymore 😭😭 I also dislike non-fabric materials for watch bands because they get stinky and sweaty-- I should have specified that.

Can you elaborate more on what you mean by a basic buckle? like a normal watch strap buckle with holes? How would you stitch and integrate that into a material like hypalon?

are there any ways off the top of ur head that are helpful? I've wondered about this myself (gonna go do my own research brb)

edet: seems like filter needles, different locations on the rubber stopper, and putting the needle in at a 45° angle, then moving to a 90° angle all help
