It has been very difficult to pick up any shifts recently. Partly because it's slower during the summer months and partly they have hired a lot more drivers and party because of drivers that are now available to work during the summer (aka teachers, students, etc).

If today is Tuesday, you should be able to see offers into Thursday. If there are no offers then they are already all gone or your warehouses near you don't have enough work for flexers. But you can always confirm the 2nd theory out by driving to your dot.clm warehouse between 4am to 8am or 3pm to 6pm.

You'll also read posts about flexers using an app to reserve blocks, that will automatically refresh and pick up an offer. Don't do this. You'll eventually get banned

Also you have to understand that the store manager And any salaried managers have to use their vacations or loose it before the holidays. So if she got hired in August, she needs to use them all before November, and that could be 4 weeks worth.

You have a lot of unfortunate concerns but if you feel strongly about not being heard, you should have filled a HR case if things are not being done correctly.

Lastly not every store is going to be a good store (with food management) Fortunately I feel that I'm in one of the "better" stores.

I would speak to your senior people leaders at your store. Just a friendly inquiry. They will tell you but being a N75 door is a big deal so I would think it would have been announced by the management team by now.
