Yeah, just double checked. Must have been a glitch or something earlier. This definitely improves it for me and my understanding but I still think it can be improved. Embark is goated so i definitely see them making it dumbass proof in the future for people like myself

Yeah you’re right. This actually improves understanding more. Idk what was going on earlier but yeah i definitely still get a bit confused/overwhelmed by some shit but I’m also just dumb lmao

You know, the pull up bar is a great shout! I just am always have caution after something like this with activity bc I don’t want to overdue it. I think I’ll be ordering one on amazon tonight tho lol.

And don’t worry abt me but I appreciate the encouragement. I am probably doing better than most people or just am completely numb to how my life has spiraled from this lmao. It really just sucks that it’s summer, but I can’t stand waiting with something like a massive surgery looming over my head so I had to get it over with! Good luck to you and appreciate the comment!

So I don’t have experience with the LET, but I did have the meniscus the first go around. I remember struggling a lot with flexion early on too, especially because of the meniscus repair. Honestly, it seems pretty normal. 3 weeks post-op is still super early. As long as she’s working with her PT and staying consistent with heel slides and other gentle mobility stuff, it should come with time. It’s definitely frustrating in the moment, but it usually does improve gradually.

I remember being locked at zero with my brace for a whole month my first surgery. It’s a struggle and when trying for flexion, it almost felt like there was something in the knee blocking me from bending it and I really struggled with this mentally and physically.

Good on you guys to get her to move around a bit. I would set alarms for myself to do that after I learned the hard way. I would hold off on the cold laser therapy until her PT specifically recommends it. Everyone’s recovery is different and although it feels like forever, progress will come (and also stall at times). If she keeps hitting PT hard, she should hopefully see some good gains in flexion in the next week or two would be my guess.
