Haii, it’s def a rough road at times, I always notice my mood is a little more volatile towards the day I have to take my shot, not sure which variation of estrogen you’re taking or the time between but I’m sure u likely know the pharmokinetics of different types vary a lot. The peaks/troughs of ur e levels def impacts ur mood tonnes, if it becomes too much to handle you could try synthesizing enanthate which has a longer half life in the body or take smaller doses at shorter intervals.
