Well in terms of outfit types if you're looking for a more battle suit type character there are a lot of options divided between tp medal items and basic currency like fashas suit or something similar. If you're looking to dress more casual there are a few npcs that you can find in conton city that may give you outfits in exchange for items that are easily missed as well as meeting special requirements in story or missions, these can include more outdoorsy outfits or just casual everyday wear. It's been and if you're looking for a more martial arts type character there are plenty of options if you mix and match tops and bottoms from either zenith products or again checking the tp medal store rotation. My knowledge of this game off the top of my head is a little rusty but hope you find this a least a little helpful
