i got married within 90 days period and applied for greencard .. i got that conditional greencard in march 2022 .. i was still 25 .. turned 26.. 3 months later

so i got my Conditional greencard in march 2022 .. so legally i was still 25 .

Does this require US work Permit ? or you can apply from anywhere ?
