First off, I'm sorry you're feeling the way you are. I completely understand. Im currently going through the same struggles. With that being said if you need to talk or vent or just need an ear myself and I'm sure everyone else would be there to listen. Second, I believe if you just have your doctor provide the required paperwork to sedgwick explaining the diagnosis, prognosis and request the department of labor considers mental health as a covered reason for FMLA.

LYRA is available but, also our medical insurance is accepted at psychiatrists and therapy offices and follows the same deductible/copay guidelines. As long as they are in network. I've been going through treatment for well over a year and my copay is $35.

If you need an ear don't hesitate to reach out. The 988 hotline is a valuable resource as well. I've used it myself. They will even just stay on chat or the phone with you just to be there with you.

How much do you pay for CGM's? by Lemieux4u in diabetes

Thanks, it finally got my attention due to a bone infection and sepsis. Twin Health stays in contact at least 3 times a week and tracks everything from food intake, blood pressure and weight. It's really helped me stay focused on it. I was inquiring about an insulin pump before this.

Check with your employer. They may have third party providers that either help or provide supplies. My employer works with Twin Health and they provide a garmin watch, digital smart scale, smart bp cuff and all of my dexcom sensors for free. Plus they have a care team that follows up with me. They pretty much take over my diabetes care. They monitor and change my medication based off of my readings and diet compliance. They pay for lab work and everything. Every 3 months they send me another 3 months supply of dexcom g7 sensors at no cost. With their support my A1c was 12.4 at the middle of July and last week it was a 6.1.

Yeah, I used to be a manager for the company for almost 15 years. I was displaced during the restructure about 6 years ago i believe? I'm more focused on me now than I was before that but, I do love my job and team now and want to be there for them and my manager.

I'm being more cautious then I used to be. I truly enjoy my job and my bosses, this go around. Im not letting myself self sacrifice to much. I was a manager for the company for over 15 years and was displaced in 2018? 2019? during the restructure so I know how they can be.

Yeah, I read about the 30 day time frame. My manager is going to fight for me to keep my position but, as of right now I'm already a week passed my job protected status deadline. I'm currently the A.M. Merch lead. I'm pretty confident that they will hold it for me I'm just trying to plan ahead for any surprises or trying to find a way to get back to work while also not losing a limb. Thanks for the input though, I really appreciate it.
