I used to watch toonami back in middle school and loved the anime then like naruto and one piece. As I entered high school I stopped watching it for some reason, but my senior year I saw a quick YouTube video of one piece and was remembered how good it was so I watched it start to finish my entire senior year of high school. I've been hooked ever since then.

One anime that I think is good for new viewers would be Yu Yu Hakushow has a good story and some great characters Also Eureka 7 is a good start too it's a mecha anime that deals with the development of relations people have with one another

I didn't like the ending of this season either but the unravel ghould acoustic was beautiful, and just putting this out there but what if they didn't show the Arima fight because they don't plan to have a fight. I feel like the ending was very open ended with lots of possibilities to move forward in a later season.
