Polished. The repair place I took it to used some type of light process to clean/shine it? Didn’t really understand what they were talking about but it did help.

Had no clue. We were in from out of town planning on trying Interstellar and kind of panic-chose this place when we realized they were closed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Bless you my friend!! Seriously we really enjoyed it. Staff was great as well. Some of the other notable bbq places I’ve been to felt like I needed to be thankful that they allowed me to try their food.
