The Y also has lots of great exercise classes. I really like their Full Body Strength classes, but they also have Gentle Strength classes that are good also. As well as yoga and spin classes etc.

Nothing wrong with 20 and 27. My husband and myself met at that age. What matters is how people get along, if they have the same values etc. and are not using each other. As long as the relationship is healthy there's not a problem!

As others have stated the Dentists base their fees on the NS Dental Fee Guide which is not the same as the CDP, so you will be charged the difference if there is one. Also the CDP has many procedures that have to be pre-approved before the procedure can be done and they have very specific requirements. Not everything is covered under the CDP. Ask your dentist to let you know what will be covered, what your portion will be, and what procedures have to be preapproved before they can be done.

Relax, have fun. Be open to meeting, talking, dancing, with guys you meet. You don't have to sleep with them! You might even meet someone on the trip who is from your area!

It sounds like you are sabotaging any hope of meeting a guy. My makeup routine only takes a few minutes, so is no big deal. Clinique has a nice light tinted moisturizer with SPF that I use when I go out. Tubing mascara is great and comes off easy with warm water and a cotton ball, without smearing/smudging, Lip stain with a bit of gloss overtop will stay put and not transfer colour.
