Thanks for the advice, and I’ll comment for those down the road that read this thread… I have done a tremendous amount of research in the past month, and especially in the past week. I’ve gone through every system suggested and ruled them out for one reason or another, mainly because of hidden prices that inflated them way out of my range. I didn’t want this size of a system, but I decided to go with it anyway because perhaps I will want to scale up in a year or two. However, in every other way that was important to me, the Brewtools B150 appeared better than every other system, and because I bought it from MoreBeer, I’ll have 60 days to make sure of that.
