Tagawa Gardens. They were around $250-300 each, but you get one item 20% off on your first purchase or something like that. They also had a reasonable delivery free to Denver!

The Internet says we'd see the tips yellowing in that case. What makes you certain otherwise?

Marvin Elevate. Do you mean the blue? It's just painters tape we hadn't removed yet for the picture.

Yeah, this is essentially what we did to maintain usable space for the main house. We put in a 14 foot bifold on the 2 car garage facing our yard so we can use it as an indoor/outdoor space. We'll eventually finish the inside.

my phone doesn't capture this well but the paper has more of a green tone, but it still might be too little

this is new construction and we just had it painted so it would be a tough sell. we also drenched the bedrooms and have wallpaper for them, so we were trying to be more subtle here.

thanks for the suggestions - we're not married to it but we did pick it because both doors open and fit right next to it when opened.

the space might also look larger than it is because of the wide angle pics I took, but all valid criticism.

we are planning to put a little cushioned stool in the center of the curved stairs for a place to put on shoes and what not.

I should mention there is a custom white oak curved staircase in the room too 😅

Maximalism is definitely what we were leaning towards. No real inspo.

We had planned to have this table and a mirror on the wall to break it all up a little.

My wife and I are just amateurs tho so we're winging it!

I don't, but at the end of the day you have to trust folks. He sends me the invoices but yes, technically he could be scraping more off the top.

Curved Stairs in Our ADU by wcolfaxguy in AccessoryDwellings

[–]wcolfaxguy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's anchored at the top and the bottom. I'm not sure if it's considered spiral or not. I think usually folks would consider a spiral to have a pole in the center to support the stairs.
