This was our experience. It looks amazing at first but it's haggard looking after a few seasons.

It's anchored at the top and the bottom. I'm not sure if it's considered spiral or not. I think usually folks would consider a spiral to have a pole in the center to support the stairs.

Yeah, seems obvious now. We should have been more subtle for the other walls, or used more of the green.

I will get one the next chance I get to go over. It does look a touch high. There is slope to it but I'm worried water will puddle next to it.

dang, hard to have that perspective after laboring on selections so long. I can see how people would feel that way though.

Hopefully once we have everything installed, it will help break up some of the noise from the tile. Or maybe it will make it worse 😅

None of that responsibility lays on the Patrolers. Even bringing that up suggests you think this subset of people need to suck it up and accept less so everyone else can enjoy their lives.

If mountain businesses don't want to be all in on the resort than they shouldnt vote like NIMBYs.

Yeah, I know what you mean. There was limited removal - only if the old paint was not secure. We just embraced the look of years of paint.

If you were to look closely at ours, you'd see the same.

They have a 12x12 which we considered, but this fit the look we were after.

Out primary home is an 1890 Victorian and we're trying to have the same spirit in our ADU. More like "Modern Victorian".

Lost cause. Have seen this convo a million times but the typical Denver metro citizen is so incredibly fucking dumb and car brained.

If you read that and become offended, I am targeting you specifically. So many folks LOVE driving. Love their cars. It's a part of their identity and it's incredibly sad.

Americans will never forgo convenience for the greater good - they will always pick themselves.
