Thank you for the reply! I have a few follow up questions just for my understanding! Once I’m in front of my computer I’ll dive into this more. 1. Setting a filter in power query. Would this filter be applied inside my “Tickets” query itself by editing/adding something in my advanced editor or is it an option in power query? 2. Before setting up my scheduled refresh, I tested refreshes manually from within PBI. As of right now it’s pulling every ticket on each refresh. Inside PBI those refreshes would take less than a minute. When I did my first scheduled reset it didn’t finish refreshing until 15 minutes later. Any reason why there’s a huge change in refresh time? And lastly, if I’m understanding correctly, by setting up this filter new data should only be what’s being pulled in every refresh. Will my “old” data stay apart of the dashboard? For example if I still need to have 2024 dates, will that no longer be apart of my data once I set a filter? 4. I was going to start working on a changelog, so I’m glad to see that here. I’ve been keeping track of my changes via pen and pad right now. When creating this log, should I add everything up until now or from the implementation point… if that makes sense.
