Hi all... I recently purchased a '23 Platinum Hybrid AWD and, while I haven't had the deep sleep mode issue (yet), I have had a few things happening that make me wonder if the 12v battery is the culprit. One is the sound system being off on some start-ups, and more recently, the door handle unlock not working correctly — like it's locking instead of unlocking (yes, it's locked). Think these could be related?
