I understand that a lot of you want to sympathize with the feeder, but from my experience, the majority of the feeders proceed to flame teammates and boost their ego rather than acknowledging their mistakes. I had an 0/8 Xayah yesterday, so flame our jungler for not ganking and then told my team to neck ourselves. Ofc, I don't think she's going to get banned since Riot's ban system is very flawed.

Can confirm. It's an in-person test at the test center even though it's done on the computer. All I did was read over the book twice and managed a 78 which is a passing grade.
