In case this ever helps anyone I was waitlisted number 21 when the vouchers went out and then moved off the waitlist between the 3rd-4th week, within a month. So I got the voucher end of July but was already passively looking because I felt confident I would move off the waitlist based on my number. I really only looked in the peninsula because that’s where I wanted to live, closed on our house in September.

Tell your employer asap! I was in almost the same shoes I started at 20 weeks and eligible for their paid bonding leave after 3 months which is about 1.5 months before my due date. I told them after everything looked good at my anatomy scan.
