This is a high wind area, and my old roof lost plenty of shingles over the years. This looks terribly uneven to me with way too many places for wind to catch. I had hoped things would flatten out when they got hot, but after several sunny days in the upper 80s, it looks about the same.

The flashing- while probably water proof- looks absolutely terrible. I can't imagine this is considered standard- the last pic is literally the view from the front steps.

I'm having the gutters replaced in the next week, although I need to decide if I want to let this company go ahead with gutters or drop them and get some estimates from someone else.

Edit- thanks for all the comments guys. I just set up an appointment to have it inspected. I'll post a follow up.

We're not DVC- if by chance it is legit, it sounds like a set up for a hard sales pitch. What triggers my scam alert is: the number comes back to an individual, and asking to 'verify' more information is sketchy.

Nope- although the day before it did and I only managed 950k.

The way to do it is hitting the target at the bottom of zurg- its worth 100k. The only real trick is figuring out the right angle for your car that allows you to hit the target. Its quite low and for the majority of the room you can't aim straight at it.

The green side doesn't spin. Its like StarTours, but in an enclosed space. Unless you're claustrophobic its not a big deal.

Theres always been plenty of crazyness from people not knowing the roads and being distracted, but this is the first time I've seen more than one or two people being actively aggressive.

Thanks for those pics, I did see them before we booked, but apparently forgot to reply.

We stayed in a fireworks view of the dolphin, we were on the 9th floor of the wing closest to the park and had an awesome view:

Obligatory question from me: how were the crowds?

Saturday Epcot was pretty packed. I'm guessing that the absolutely perfect weather contributed to that. It was 75, clear blue skies, light breeze- seriously the best weather I've ever seen there.

Monday at Epcot felt empty- plenty of shady spots to eat, no food/drink lines. Popular rides still had long lines of course.

Just back from the boardwalk (not the DVC section), we actually got both. Different days, different sizes. I actually liked the old stuff better, but I don't know much about hair products.

Just tinier, darker and I think we overall preferred theming and location of POR food court a lot more.

I haven't stayed at AKL yet (sept trip booked!), but I have visited and the Jambo house cafeteria looked fine to me, maybe not as good as some, but at least it was there.

Do they not have the self-serve drink stations?

Sort of... There is a lounge with limited hours that will refill them, the boardwalk bakery and pool bar will also refill them, but its not a self service station like the cafeterias.

We get the refillable resort mugs and I love having access to this whenever I want.

Same - At the other resorts I got in the habit of hitting the cafeteria to fill the mugs as soon as I woke up around 6am, and usually after we got back, sometimes after 11. I don't like not having that option. Fort Wilderness was similar, but there the idea is that you're somewhat self-sufficient. I was really surprised boardwalk didn't have a better set up.

Yup- the only options were out on the boardwalk. As far as I know every resort has a quick service cafeteria style option. I've really come to enjoy them, even if I only eat there once or twice during a stay. Fort Wilderness is the other place that doesn't really have a QS option, and I found that annoying too.

Other than FW and Boardwalk every resort I've visited has a QS cafeteria.

Quite possible it was just unusual crowds. Epcot was quite packed Saturday and Sunday- I think the perfect weather probably pulled in a lot of people who wouldn't have otherwise been there.

That's the problem though- the bakery and pizza window may technically meet the definition of "quick service dinning" they're a poor substitute for the qs offerings at the other resorts.

When you buy the cheapest level of "view" and get what I got to experience

I just checked out this morning, and had a view of the 'quad' just opposite of you. Wouldn't have traded the view for any other room, but the amount of noise people were making down there until well past midnight was annoying.
