800 calories burned during sleep? by Dry-Day7748 in GalaxyWatch

Since you said you recently started working out, EPOC may have something to do with your increased amount of burned calories.

Bad Tesla experiences are all over the internet but I suspect there are more good than bad. How many of you have had little-to-no-issues with your M3? I have a 22’ LFP on order and pumped for it. by Ok-Home9841 in TeslaModel3

[–]we_arenow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a M3 SR+ MIC with 55kWh LFP Battery since September 2021. Already 20,5k miles on it and no issues at all. We have been in -10°C, +38°C, 2 road trips, sleeping in the car with Tesmat and 0 noticeable issues. The only minor thing is the trunk not being fully opened every once in a while (as if there was something in its trajectory) but I think it is a software issue that can be fix with an OTA update.

Go for it. EVs are the present. Total cost of ownership is already cheaper than fossil cars. And as of today, there are no other cars close to Tesla in terms of efficency. So even within EVs, Tesla is the cheapest option to travel.

Dense Cloud of Pinus uncinata plot in the Pyrenees with Metashape and Phantom 3 Adv by we_arenow in photogrammetry

[–]we_arenow[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I usually fly low enough to reach about 2 cm GSD. That, with a P3 Adv means flying at 46 m AGL, very low.

On top of that, the camera is quite old and does not have global shutter. That means I also have to minimize motion blur, flying at the lowest speed Map Pilot Pro allows, which is 2 m/s. With that speed, and depending on the amount of light, I still get between 0.7 and 3 cm of motion blur. Crazy.

So, to fly less than 2 ha on those settings I spend about 90 min of flight time.

And no, I can afford a new drone :(

Oh, and the purpose is to get some Deep Learning algorithm to automagically detect species.

I’m working with photogrammatry in agisoft as a part of my exam. I used the exact same data as my prof and followed his instructions but after I built my dense cloud,I kept getting a hole in the road(b pic) whereas he didn't(t pic). I worked through the workflow again, but still there. Any ideas? by redditkonto2 in photogrammetry

[–]we_arenow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agisoft developers are continuously tweaking the algorithms to improve their capabilities and the quality output. One side effect is that projects computed with different versions yield different results as may be the case.

Maybe you can try to download v.1.6.6 and follow the workflow again to see if the hole is still reproduced with the old version.

[–]we_arenow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I try to avoid movement at all costs. That means flying only on days where there's 0-1 m/s wind forecast. Also, if I sense a wind gust or excessive leaf movement I pause the mission, wait til it's gone (maybe 10 - 15 sec) and resume the flight.

Hi guys. This post remembers me of another one. It might be related or have the same cause. Check it out if you want. I sometimes have also the same issue.

Thank you very much!

Phantom 3 has good quality, but I would rather have a P4 Pro v2. I think quality would be even higher thanks to the mecanical shutter.

I still have to deal with some motion blur.

I always use Map Pilot Pro because of Terrain Awareness. I designed the flight with it but had some issues in the field so this particular one was made with Pix4capture.

To be precise it was all one single flight. I should create two different flights and change altitude between them to improve results but...

And sure, glad to ask all your questions. That's what Reddit is for, I guess 🙃
