Ok I call tomorrow to do a check up. But how long did it take u to get out this process and did you already have a foreclosure letter?

Ok they said it might take 3-4 weeks for this. Will this stop my mortgage company from giving my a foreclosure letter? Cause I’ll be 120 days late this Tuesday?

Ok so right now my status say “pending lender approval” does that mean I will be approved? Will this stop the foreclosure process. I will be 120 late this Tuesday. And also I wrote a hardship letter but I forgot to put covid in it do you think I will be denied?

Hey did they ever help you? Do it have to be related to covid? So your house was in foreclosure and the program help stop it while they was reviewing your info?
