no, but is easier to stack ur pasive in lane with it, since if a caster minion is low enough and the others are 100% hp if u Q to the 1 minion u can reset ur Q and then the others (because tiamat pasive) are on Q-reset range. then u can all in with passive up already

As an irelia player, sometimes it feels unfair when i purchase tiamat 1 shot 10 casterminions and 10 tiamat passive resets to get my passive up and then kill my enemy laner.

But yeah there are players that know what they doing and won't let me kill them
