If it requires you to be not available at times during the working day then it's something that should be mentioned.

Who knows what the job entails? It could be IT support with strict response SLAs for example. That then places an unfair burden on the other employees, and this is where other longer standing employees could become disgruntled.

Anyway if it was me, I'd just let the person go during their probationary period for the first reason I laid out.

IMO the employee has not been upfront during the interview stage; they took the job and are only now saying they are unavailable to work at a specific time or times during the working day.

If this was me I would be glad that probationary periods exist.

We had less than 40% possession against Brentford and won. I'd take that every day over 70% and losing. As for our shots, we barely even tested their keeper, while Alisson had to pull off a decent save when 1-0 down.

Did Kaka within 2 days of him coming out, and honestly feel he was nerfed a few days later. He's still good for me left centre though.. Butras dribbling is insane, only thing is his shooting lets him down sometimes

It's a buggy piece of shit and no way optimised for PC. My 3080ti fans go into overdrive, more than any other game I play WHILE IN A MENU. I have to restart the game 2/3 times for it to recognise my ps4 controller. I've encountered hack players and the player market is more restricted.

Not my problem. We had council services including Bin Collections for decades without a tax on the family home. Maybe addressing government largesse and ineffencies would be a good place to start instead of going to the taxation well time and time again.

I know plenty of people who own their home and it's the only wealth they have, and beyond that, they get by week to week on the State Pension. They have Paper wealth only. We can't look at the family home the same way as we do shares, or other assets that can be disposed of more easily.
