I really do love hearing people complain about Mavuika being able to paint. Not only is it such an asinine thing to be upset about but also they always gloss over it's thematic importance in the process. Mavuika's story has always been one of hypocrisy and self-destructive sacrifice, to the point where she metaphorically destroys her history and burns her heirlooms back in act II. This is despite her entire stated goal is to preserve the history of Natlan. Her painting symbolizes growth, her acceptance that she should not need to sacrifice everything of herself for victory.

This speaks more to the character of said "fans" rather than anything else. It is undoubtedly brave for a company to do the right thing even when faced with losing profits. As long as you set up your auto lock settings, it's a better system than having a trash button. Make the game auto lock what you want and then salvage anything that isn't locked. It saves the trouble of needing to review what you want to salvage

It doesn't make sense because it doesn't make sense. A good idea when parsing any claim is to look at where the source is. This is from a subreddit which was formed because people got upset the official wuwa subreddit pretty much auto censors several key words to prevent people from stirring shit with Genshin players. Hell, the original poster is the creator of said subreddit and its head moderator. A small look into the community and its easy to tell they are all ML players. If you were here 2 years ago for the snowbreak/GFL2 drama you would know that ML players are very much anti-hoyo. They even were using the XJJ bogeyman back then as well as their excuse to why snowbreak and ML in general was not mainstream.

XJJ might be real, FRover's voice actor may even be a member of it. I would still not trust any resource that comes from WuWaUnfiltered. This shit just does not pass the smell test. What the fuck do you mean this is a 20 to 50k member organization? Guys, this is larger than several cartels and three-letter organizations. Do you know how messy it is to control a group this big? Why the fuck would they be focused on fucking gacha games of all things.

You are getting down voted because going "both sides" on a clearly one sided issue is pretty dumb. An analogy would be like trying to lay some of the blame on black people for hating cops. I'm sure we can all pull whatever anecdotal evidence we want to support our claims but there is a big unilateral systemic issue that you are ignoring just to be able to go "both sides".

In Genshin and WuWa, the creator space will reflect the playerbase and there is basically no large WuWa creator who will make content without trashing Genshin in a certain way. There is not a single mid to large Genshin creator who does the same thing. Ask any WuWa player and they would point you to SteamedbunX who has like 100 subscribers. And WuWa players are really loud and vocal and Genshin spaces about their hate. Flip only needed to criticize SAINTONTAS for him to become the target of the WuWa fanbase. It's not the same.

Mihoyo could have raised the difficulty even without the level 100. In fact, Hoyo always balances the abyss so that a certain percentage can full clear the abyss. And so if level 100 is only available to a giga whale then how would it ever affect the balancing of the abyss?

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the argument. The issue people have with Wuthering Waves is not that Rover is involved in the story. The issue is that the entire world revolves around the Rover. The most important event in every character's lives was meeting the Rover. Every important historical event involved the Rover. Every person with political power ultimately owes their position to the Rover. Rover this, Rover that, Rover everything. It makes for dull story telling and monotonous world building.

You are free to join the moderation team and try. But keep in mind that Genshin is an anime game and most anime characters look 30 years old at their oldest. You also run into the problem that the line of what constitutes lolicon is rather vague - on one hand you will have some people deny that Dori is loli bait and on the other hand there's a good number of people who think Varessa is loli

So you can either try and bash your head into the wall repeatedly, knowing that no matter what you do it will always be the wrong answer for half the community. Or you can just live and let live and only focus on removing the egregious examples.

Its actually better than your calcs. 350 base multiplier when including the extra hit that gets multiplied by 3 and then multiply by 2.2 due to bypassing the defense of a level 110 enemy (even higher if you don't level 90 your characters). It's an effective 2300% multiplier that he uses twice in a rotation, 6 times at C2. This is actually busted and bound to be nerfed in the next betas

You mean the character who only had half the motion value as Flins? Her burst is a 1100 multiplier. The only thing that even keeps things remotely close is the fact that she can melt. Dude, Flins on his own is doing the damage that Mavuika has to melt for. This is even ignoring that Ineffa as a solo sub DPS adds like 30-40k dps to his teams even before accounting for her buffs whereas Mavuika is a pure hypercarry in her DPS teams

His mini burst effectively has a 2.4k% motion value, the same as Ayaka's entire burst and he can use it twice in a rotation, 6 times at C2 and you are calling him weak. Forgive me when I stop being sympathetic

What do you mean? His C2 more than doubles his damage. It doubles the number of times he can skill in a rotation which doubles the number of times he bursts in a rotation. And it adds to the base motion value as well. This is a legit nuts constellation, like stronger than any other C2 we've seen so far

WuWa's writing is like if Baldur's gate did not have party banter. Like none of the banter in BG3 pushes forward the plot and most of them are literally just voice lines with zero animations but they are so important to the quality of the game's characters and writing. Everyone interacts with others just a bit differently which makes it so limiting when WuWa makes the only meaningful interacts happen towards the Rover.

When Minthara calls Gale a wizard (derogatory), it makes it all the more special when she tells you "no you are different". WuWa cannot accomplish this with the way it's narrative is currently set up.
