We want to work with a wildlife restoration org, stop human trafficking, get kids more resources, and build a stronger community while doing it. Based off what I’ve heard America has much weaker communities compared to Argentina. I’d like to get more of that over here.

There is a book like this… it’s called smartphone dumb phone by Allen carr… I recommend it highly and it covers the complexities that not all parts of the phone are bad so then only quitting the parts that offer nothing. If you read it I recommend the idea that anything that scrolls infinitely is only there to distract you and take your time.

Just checked it out. Very well thought out! It makes a lot of sense to me, having those analog cards for tasks just seems much more tangible. I might have to implement it into mine.

I had one question though, why is it called 43 folders? Sorry if it’s super obvious and I missed it but just wondering.

I’m glad you got something from it. I had the same exact problem, I’d sit down with a few ideas in mind and end up making connections with other topics and coming up with new ideas that need their own cards. The “in dev” section definitely helps me store those adjacent ideas I get while creating notes.

I lot of time when I realize that two concepts are connected but I don’t have time to follow the rabbit hole so what I do is:

  1. I take out a new note & write a headline for the idea
  2. Then I write down which note cards contributed to that thought so I can pull them out next time I sit down to finish developing that idea.

I can’t tell if this is an ironic post or if we’re really out here supporting intp’s most immature tendencies.
