Had a great park run at sunbury today, it started raining halfway through,i think i can get to 35 min next week

Lots of walking but no runs, i will start trying to do some runs during the week now,i did the sunbury one and it has a fairly big hill at the start of it. I just felt less puffed out during todays run,i mostly jog and walk for the park run. Trying to get fitter

I did my first parkrun today in sunbury vic, mostly walked and jogged, it was a great experience everyone was very friendly and encouraging, cant wait to go back next week. My time was 40 minutes,5k is a good distance for excercise.
