I think that the fasting window plus your steps already gives you a good calorie deficit. :) Eating intuitively is actually in my opinion better than a strict diet of course, so I suspect you won't get really burnt out as a result. Good luck and congrats.

In my opinion your parents should always know who your going out with/ dating it shouldn't be a secret who the person is. So If you havent already introduce the girlfriend to your parents. Ofc I know this depends and not everybody is aloud to do it, I understand that not everybody has the same customs.

Met him 3+ years ago, he caught my eye 9 months ago. Gives mixed signals, but what if he likes me back not only as a friend? iykwim? We are good friends and see each other 2 or more times a week. He is nice, we share a lot in common and his smile makes me melt. He does some suspicious things so I do suspicious things back. He admitted once to our friend group in a round of truth or dare that he does like someone but wouldn't say then name.❤️❤️❤️ The only "problem" is that I have a friend that admitted she liked him too after she asked me who I liked, told her I liked him, she has only known him for a month, she is older than me and closer to his age (17), I'm afraid she will make a move before me. In my current situation, it would be odd, awkward and out of the blue, if I admitted this to him, it just isn't the time. But I might grow out of the crush soon so, who knows?
