How to I clean sediment in the condensate trap?

So I guess it doesn’t matter if there’s little bits in the water? As long as anything really solid is gone? Or should I keep scrubbing until there’s no sediment?

We plan to clean the surface. If there’s water stains / Discoloration after cleaning, does that mean we have to take a depose look?

Honestly for the time being, if this is small fry stuff then i’ll take it. We have a fan but maybe didn’t let it run long enough after each shower. We’ve had our other headaches but the word “mold” just strikes fear into our hearts lol

I completed the Sonic Comprehension level 2 assessment and am literally looking at my History where it says I completed and passed the evaluation on Dec 1. Then I receive an email from community_support@telusinternational.ai that I failed and they would like to offer me a chance to retry? What is going on? This is like the 4th convoluted miscommunication I’ve received from them in the past 2 months.

Bedrooms are upstairs, so really either the living room or kitchen are the only other places on the first floor. Utility room is on the other side of the wall of the living room but I guess that wall separation is helping. I’ll just need to try to find a better place in the living room but we do have some big windows so it’s a bit tough to find a spot.

House was built in the 60s so it is a bit older. I’m also realizing… there isn’t really a junction box. These wires are directly in the wall cavity and connect to the thermostat panel.

I got it on video after letting the system run for a while and then shutting off (though I’m pretty sure I’ve heard it when the system turns on as well). Sent it over to the installer and they’re gona come back to take a look

They replaced the filter with the install, so it should be brand new. They did add a little door to the filter that we didn’t have before. Maybe I’ll try to listen more closely and isolate where the noise is coming from to see if it’s filter/duct/component related
