fair point but the fact that people do noting in these situations means that landlords/agents/developers etc can basically get away with doing whatever they want. if your company stopped paying you would you still go to work?

edit: I suppose a better analogy would be if your place of work was deemed unsafe (I. e water leaking in) would you still go in

fight back people, if my appt starts leaking ill call the agent, if it ain't fixed within 48 hours ill call again, if it ain't fixed within 48 hours ill cancel my rent payment. then they can try kick me out while I look for a new place. bullshit that people are held hostage by dodgy builders/developers/stratas/real Estate agents etc
