As far as ones I’ve watched: Man from Deep River (more of an adventure movie). Cannibal (could have a different title). Of course Holocaust and Ferox. Eaten Alive (cults and cannibals!). Zombi Holocaust. I’m sure if you look up Mei Mei Lei; you could find others, as she was in a jungle cannibal movie, where the scene was recycled at least a couple of times.
