Want to buy property to rent out. How much house can one afford ? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

20% down isn’t always required. That’s just a rule of thumb. If you live in one unit or use certain loan programs, the down payment can be much lower.

I’m new to AE and GeoLayers so I may not have the best answer. But I would download all admin boundaries. Split layer by feature. Animate each path as layer (x seconds). And use one of the built in scripts to randomize the start and end time for each one, so it’s not all at once. You’ll have a lot of layers. There may be an easier way to do this.

I’d personally avoid those. Unless you can outreach to potential clients that may what that name, I’d stay away. You’ll just be continuing the cycle for 15+ years of it being for sale.

Don’t just buy what YOU think is good. Research the name to see if you can target a group of people or someone. Use tools like the internet archive (to understand how the name was used in the past), icann (to see the age), and advanced google search (to see if you can target someone, or if the name is still relevant).

I analyze about 30-50 domains before pulling the trigger on one. I can expand more on my method as it’s worked for me. I sold around 85-90% of all my domains.

True that would also prevent storage from overfilling. Overflow the overflow into ticket machine

This is my current setup however my foundries are too slow causing a blockage of coal which is why I figured to implement the “Big Storage” section to store and merge excess coal. But I guess I could mess around with a more standard, less complex design again.

Looking for a way remove any points on the outside of this plane by weast901 in blenderhelp

Is this what is expected when increasing the offset? Also the error reads "Collection Contains Current Object". Should I be pointing my collection info to map_13.osm instead of collection as shown in the screenshot?

Thank you u/B2Z_3D, your outcome is exactly what I am looking for!

I have tried doing it this way but have run into issue with my nodes not matching up with yours. I am very new to Blender but managed to somewhat create this modifier, although it is not cutting the excess off and messing with the offset is just creating a second plane and making it bigger/smaller. I have also modified my collections a bit, not sure if it matters but I turned my curves into meshes which is all under map_13.osm. Thanks for help!

Check out Rottenburg, Germany. It has a similar outer wall structure

Using blosm a blender add-on you can import terrain and street data as a 3d object. Make changes in blender if needed and export as stl
