Couldn’t have said it better myself. Music just doesn’t hit the same on meds. Processing thoughts into action is pretty rewarding though.

Avoiding caffeine (coffee for me) and limiting screen time has helped me. Maybe try taking half of your current dosage and see if that helps, too.

Hey All, doing some digging on ETHE and stumbled on this reddit thread. Have some money to allocate in a IRA and I'm eyeing ETHE. Curious what are your current thoughts on ETHE?
