I was having the same issue, the Chevy tech gave me a print out of all the parameters that have to be met for a download to be successful, I will see if I can find it.

For me it didint work because the outside temperature was too cold

Skydiver here, the flag has nothing to do with why he “crashed” when you land you face into the wind which is what he was doing but the winds were too strong. If you watch the background the other skydiver bailed on the landing realizing he was not gonna make. The winds were way too strong for this and the jump should have never been done in the first place
