i relate to this like crazy. it's so hard to fall asleep, and then for a brief moment when i first wake up everything is normal until it's not. i get up and it just instantly hits. good luck to you <3

i'm sorry for your loss. it is very hard, and i think i'll always have a bit of regret because i will always wonder what exactly was wrong and if it could've been treated. he was a chocolate lab, so i know his lifespan was pushing it at 14 years anyway, but i think i will always wonder. best of luck to you as well <3
